Meals
Simple, vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for Euro 18 per day are available for all participants. Please let us know in your registration befor June 1st if you wish to participate in the meals. If you are going to take sojong vows remember not to mark 'dinner' in your registration.

Personal meal preference (such as food intolerances or allergies) cannot be considered!

Volunteers
Many hands are needed to help coordinate the Kagyu Monlam. The Benchen Karma Kamtsang Centre in Grabnik is looking for volunteers who would like to assist in:
• handling the car parking
• cleaning up the dining room
• cleaning up the event venue
• maintaining order in the main tent
• assisting the guests of honour (the entourage of HH and other lamas)
• office work
• other (please describe in the Notes section)

Taking Photos
Taking flash photos in the main tent is forbidden!

No Alcohol and Drugs
We would also like to remind you that drinking alcohol (including beer) and possessing or using drugs is strictly forbidden in the Centre. Smoking is permitted only in marked areas. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed from the Centre without the right to payment return.

Valuables
Please look after your valuables during the stay in Kamalashila!
The Centre will not be responsible for lost or left items.
The Centre is also not responsible for any material losses not resulting from the Centre's doing.

Animals
Please do not bring any animals to the Centre.

Prayer Book
The German version of the Kagyu Monlam prayer book will be available in Kamalashila. English version of the prayer book will be available on the spot as well. Sponsors who will support the event with a donation of minimum Euro 300 will receive the book as in a token of gratitude.
